Mr. Gurdial Bakan Singh is the founding partner of the firm, having opened the doors of the Firm in 1965 in Seremban, in the state of Negeri Sembilan.

A member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London, Mr. Gurdial graduated as a barrister-at-law in 1963 and returned to Malaya in 1964 at which time he was admitted to the Malayan Bar.

With over 40 years of experience in practice, Mr. Gurdial is no stranger to the Malaysian legal fraternity. He was one of the most senior members of the Malaysian Bar having retired only recently in January 2011.
